Job Description
We are seeking a
Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and analyse global learning initiatives. This role combines analytics expertise with instructional design to deliver high-quality, impactful learning solutions that align with business priorities and drive organisational performance.
You will take ownership of learning initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, drive data-informed decision-making, and help strengthen a culture of continuous learning in a global environment. You will also be part of a global team, collaborating effectively with an HR network worldwide. This role follows a hybrid model mixing office and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise LMS platforms to ensure high adoption and a strong user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to deliver learning solutions.
- Design and implement learning programmes (onboarding, leadership, compliance).
- Coach SMEs on learning design principles and review materials before rollout.
- Act as instructional design advisor, ensuring quality and consistency of learning content.
- Own the development and accuracy of learning dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to track performance and impact.
- Analyse data from LMS and other platforms to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., participation, completion, satisfaction, ROI).
- Produce clear reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Be the owner of global development programmes, supporting countries in the execution and improvements.
- Conduct training needs analysis and support skills mapping initiatives.
- Drive learning culture initiatives and ensure their effective implementation across the organisation.
- Collaborate in internal communications and ad hoc projects of the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Around 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and capabilities.
- Great experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Data-driven mindset and advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in international environments and using AI tools.
- Fluent in English.
