Role Overview
We are seeking an elite, hands-on, and self-motivated Enterprise Client Development Executive to drive new client partnerships across our core enterprise and institutional sectors. This is an individual contributor role for a pure hunter and doer. You will own direct outreach, consultative relationship building, and contract conversion.
To succeed, you must possess global experience and deep cultural awareness of the U.S. and Western European markets, operating with the speed and precision they demand. Your English language and communication abilities must be superb and uninflected. We have extensive market relationships and will actively coach you through "near-field prospects," but we expect you to do the heavy lifting of building genuine trust and earning new business from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Pipeline Growth
- Execute direct, sophisticated outbound outreach to senior-level decision-makers (CHROs, CIOs, L&D leaders, Academic Deans) across target sectors.
- Qualify and convert high-value outbound leads into long-term enterprise clients, maintaining a consistent pipeline aligned with quarterly revenue goals.
- Build high-impact channel partnerships with third-party content platforms, academic technology service providers, and distribution networks.
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene and track all pipeline metrics inside our CRM platform (Zoho CRM).
Consultative Solution Engineering
- Develop absolute mastery of our product ecosystem and marketing strategies to independently lead live, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and product software demos.
- Architect and negotiate integrated solutions tailored to complex client challenges, mapping their needs directly to our content services (Starweaver Originals, bespoke development) and AI platforms (Journeybuilder, Boostr, Analytics).
- Support and lead responses for complex enterprise proposals and RFPs.
Execution & Collaboration
- Partner closely with Starweaver's CRO, product, content, and marketing teams to ensure flawless alignment on go-to-market initiatives and seamless client onboarding.
- Direct and optimize the workflow of 1–2 dedicated offshore sales support professionals (based in India) who will assist with pipeline building. Note: They are there to support your efforts; you maintain 100% accountability for driving revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of demonstrable success in enterprise business development, consultative client acquisition, or strategic partnerships within edtech, corporate L&D, higher education, or learning technology sectors.
- Proven track record navigating long enterprise sales cycles, managing multi-stakeholder decisions, and closing high-value deals with corporations or universities.
- Strong familiarity with LMS platforms, learning content licensing models, or custom content development cycles is highly preferred.

Education
