Learning Employee Capability Coordinator
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 + Benefits
I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded organisation to appoint a Learning and Employee Capability Coordinator into their collaborative People team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with a genuine passion for learning, development and employee capability who enjoys working closely with managers to build leadership, people management and HR capability across an organisation.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering HR-related training and workshops, supporting manager development, coordinating learning initiatives and managing the operational side of learning programmes. This role is less focused on digital learning design and more suited to someone who enjoys working directly with people, sourcing high-quality learning solutions and helping managers develop their skills and confidence.
The Opportunity

You will work closely with managers and employees across the organisation to support learning initiatives, coordinate development programmes and ensure employees have access to high-quality learning opportunities that support both individual and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver HR-related learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
- Facilitate and deliver training to managers on topics such as people management, performance management, employee relations fundamentals, communication and leadership development.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and support capability-building initiatives across designated business areas.
- Manage the day-to-day administration and backend functionality of the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development programmes.
- Source and evaluate external learning solutions, training providers and development programmes aligned to organisational needs.
- Build relationships with universities, professional bodies and learning providers such as the Irish Management Institute (IMI) and other educational partners.
- Support managers in identifying learning and development needs within their teams.
- Monitor participation, engagement and effectiveness of training programmes and provide reporting on learning activity and outcomes.
- Produce learning and HR-related KPI reports.
- Support wider People team initiatives focused on employee engagement, organisational capability and continuous improvement.
About You
- 4+ years' experience within Learning & Development, HR, Employee Capability or Talent Development.
- Demonstrated experience delivering HR-related training, workshops or development programmes to managers and employees.
- Strong understanding of people management and HR best practice.
- Experience administering or managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience sourcing external learning content, programmes and training providers.
- Comfortable liaising with universities, educational institutions, professional bodies and learning partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Business or a related discipline desirable.
