Role Purpose
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that build employee skills, support career growth, and align with organizational goals. This role partners closely with the business leaders to assess learning needs, develop effective training solutions, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Main Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy & Program Development
- Assess organizational and role-based learning needs
- Design and implement learning programs
- Align learning initiatives with business objectives and talent strategy
- Partner with HR colleagues on talent development and succession planning initiatives
- Communicate learning opportunities clearly to employees and leaders
- Support the organization of internal DEI programming and Innovation initiatives (e.g. lunch and learns, speaker series, webinars etc.)
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions
- Coordinate external training vendors, facilitators, or content providers when needed
- Support HRBP's or management in delivering on-the-job and team-based learning
Content & Learning Tools
- Create and update learning materials such as presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Support the management of the Training Management System (TMS), including course uploads, enrollments, and reporting
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Analyze learning data and provide insights and recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- 2-5 years Experience in learning and development, training
- Experience in Instructional design
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with Training Management Systems (TMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment
Compensation Data
$70,000 - $95,000
