Job Overview
Responsible for partnering across Give and Go and supporting the planning, design, development, curation and delivery of employee, leader and supervisor capability development and training that meets business KPIs, including health and safety, compliance, and audit requirements. This role also supports the planning, coordinator and delivery of Talent Management and Engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end planning, design, development, delivery, sustainment, and evaluation of learning programs across Corporate and Operational Functions to develop employee and leader development.
- Develop thoughtful and impactful approaches to employee learning initiatives that are customized to the need and the audience. For example, curated learning paths, virtual training or eLearning, videos, job aids, posters, or podcasts.
- Review and analyze data on the effectiveness of programs and develop presentations to communicate and consult with stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify & support capability identified through consultation/needs assessment and solutions can be evaluated and measured against success criteria and KPIs
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training across Corporate & Plants.
- Support development of communications & creation and maintenance of change and project management plans for learning program rollouts.
- Support L&D Operations, Governance and Continuous Improvement
- Support L&D operations and training activities (including, but not limited to, training logistics, L&D calendar management, L&D inbox , training records and SharePoint/portal updates).
- Support upskilling, compliance and continuous improvement through digitizing training records, curating online learning paths, using the LMS to run reports for stakeholders and PowerBI dashboard to analyze data to bring forward insights for action.
- Champion streamlining learning processes, continuous improvement and quality across the learning team and organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consultation on learning offerings, processes and support delivery of Functional learning programs.
- Support planning, coordination and delivery of Talent Management & Engagement programs:
- Support the full lifecycle of the engagement survey program including preparation, development and delivery of the engagement survey, including managing the accuracy of the data and hierarchy.
- Collaborate with Global COEs to ensure program consistency and adherence to timelines and customize materials for our audiences.
- Assist in designing and activating engagement & communication campaigns (presentations, posters, email, events)
- Develop resources and facilitate training to build capability across frontline leaders Corporate, Plant and HR BP audiences
- Respond to requests to run reports and analyze data using Glint and provide timely responses to support requests from support to stakeholder requests for training and troubleshooting.
- Support Talent Reviews & other Talent Management Program coordination as required.
The Recipe For Success
- Completion of college or university degree
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR or Learning, or related role.
- Experience designing, developing & training, job aids, SOPs, toolkits.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis either on HRIS, LMS or other enterprise platforms
- Experience working in an operational environment
- Excellent communication and training skills, including writing, listening, speaking, and delivering engaging presentations and learning.
- Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) management or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage data and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with key cross-functional business stakeholders across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities simultaneously and the proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and other MS office tools.
- Technical Curiosity- Ability to learn and pilot new platforms/systems.
- Agility and resilience to adapt to changing needs of business
