Job Title: Training Sales Executive

As a Training Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by expanding BSI’s training portfolio across the Canadian market. Utilising your sales expertise and your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will drive revenue growth within existing client accounts while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
In this telephony-based sales role, you will maximize sales profitability through lead follow-ups, strategic prospecting, and effective promotion of BSI products and services.
This is a remote position however, the ideal candidate will be expected to cover Toronto and the surrounding areas. Travel may also be required.
Key responsibilities:
- Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Effectively articulate and position BSI products and services to key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations.
- Identify, articulate, and recommend ISO Management Systems solutions that align with client requirements.
- Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients, building strong sales relationships to ensure a robust and continuous pipeline of new and expanded business opportunities.
- Participate in and adhere to a structured sales model focused on attracting and developing new business.
- Monitor emerging market trends and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities that drive new revenue generation.
- Engage in ongoing sales training and promotional initiatives to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support client needs and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2 – 4 years of sales experience within B2B or B2C environments.
- Previous experience in prospecting and lead generation activities.
- An excellent telephone manner with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- The ability to positively handle client objections.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience of CRM systems such as Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
- A basic knowledge of ISO standards is desirable but not essential.
