About the Role
To support this next chapter, we are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is a high-impact, highly operational role. The Chief of Staff will act as a true extension of the CEO — driving strategic initiatives, establishing operating discipline, and ensuring execution happens at pace across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Own and drive execution of highest-priority growth initiatives across the business.
- Stay Three Steps Ahead: Operate as a forward-looking partner to the CEO — anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and ensuring the organization is prepared for what’s coming next.
- Build the Operational Rhythm: Design and implement the operating backbone of the company, including ways of working, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and execution cadences that drive accountability and results.
Qualifications
A. Strategic Initiative Leadership
- Work alongside CEO and senior leaders to support in driving execution across 5 core priorities:
Talent Transformation
- Redesign and support the rollout of talent management and performance frameworks
- Build and scale a new recruiting capability
- Develop an approach to learning and development capabilities
- Shape and implement a differentiated onboarding experience
- Ensure goals are clearly defined and cascaded across the organization
Marketing as a Demand Engine
- Shift marketing from a top-of-funnel support function to a demand generation engine
- Develop and rollout an approach to account-based marketing
- Build structured lead generation capabilities across channels
- Standup a content creation factory to be used when targeting prospects
- Partner closely with sales to drive pipeline creation and conversion
Value Proposition and Go-to-Market Enablement
- Refresh and sharpen the value proposition across Marketing within different brands
- Arm sales and client account teams with clarity on capabilities and offerings
- Create practical sales enablement tools and sales assets
- Enable teams to consistently and effectively communicate our value
AI and Agentic Capability Build
- Drive adoption of AI to improve internal efficiency and service delivery
- Shape AI-enabled client offerings across strategy, piloting, and implementation
- Build capability to serve as an AI advisory partner to clients
Client Delivery and Experience Transformation
- Support the transformation of delivery capabilities to improve quality and speed
- Evolve delivery to feel more like a high-touch, boutique experience at scale
- Transform client service from reactive to proactive through new ways of working
- Support in shaping initiatives to drive improvement in client retention and satisfaction
Required Skills
- Establish and run the company’s operating cadence
- Build KPI frameworks and dashboards that provide clear visibility into performance
- Drive accountability across the leadership team for strategic priorities
- Ensure initiatives move from idea to plan to execution to measurable outcomes
Preferred Skills
- 4-5 years in a strategy consulting firm OR similar in a PE backed portfolio company
- Act as an extension of the CEO in key meetings, initiatives, and follow-ups
- Prepare materials, synthesize insights, translate decisions into action
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Improve leadership team effectiveness through structure, clarity, and follow-through
