Why This Role Exists
Training doesn't fail because of content—it fails because it doesn't stick.
This role exists to make sure learning shows up in the work.
You'll work across teams to reinforce key behaviors, follow up after training, and help turn good ideas into consistent execution. You'll stay close to the business, identify where people are getting stuck, and close the gap between learning and performance.
What You'll Do
Drive Adoption & Follow-Through
- Follow up with teams after training to ensure key behaviors are being used
- Reinforce expectations through real conversations with managers and teams
- Identify where people are getting stuck and help remove barriers
- Support consistency across teams so learning doesn't stop after the session
- Help turn one-time training into ongoing habits
Stay Close to the Business
- Partner with leaders to understand what's working and what's not
- Observe how work is happening—not just how it was trained
- Surface gaps between expectations and execution
- Provide simple, practical recommendations to improve adoption
- Help leaders reinforce learning in day-to-day work
Track What's Being Used
- Monitor adoption trends (what's sticking, what's not)
- Use data and observation to identify patterns
- Share clear, simple insights with the team
- Help connect learning efforts to real outcomes
- Keep a pulse on where support is needed most
Facilitate & Support Learning
- Lead training sessions when needed (virtual or in-person)
- Support content creation alongside the design lead (Brianna)
- Reinforce key messages during onboarding and workshops
- Step in to support delivery during high-volume or priority initiatives
- Ensure consistency between what's taught and what's reinforced
