What You Will Do
As our Training Operations Specialist, you'll be the operational engine behind our multi-phased training programs ā keeping everything running on time, on brand, and at a high standard. Day to day, you will:
- Coordinate and execute online and instructor-led training programs across multiple cohorts and phases
- Own our LMS (Absorb) ā managing enrollments, completions, reporting, evaluations, and video workflows
- Track participant progress, certifications, and milestones with accuracy and consistency
- Manage training calendars, cohort schedules, and cross-functional communications
- Partner with presenters and stakeholders to ensure session readiness and materials accuracy
- Create and maintain learner-facing materials ā including PowerPoint decks, Canva assets, scorecards, digital badges, and program documentation
- Develop and maintain SOPs to create clarity and repeatability across cohorts
- Pull, analyze, and summarize LMS and program data to support operational decision-making
- Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve workflows, grading, feedback, and content creation
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 2ā4 years of experience in training administration, operations, program coordination, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS); Absorb experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
- Experience with project management tools; Asana experience preferred
- Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to drive efficiency and productivity
- The ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in training, business operations, education, or a related field
