National Sales TrainerCoach

Guardian Garage Floors | Full-Time | National Travel Required

Compensation: $80,000 Base Salary | $120,000 Target Annual Earnings | Up to $135,000 First-Year Earning Potential

Help Us Build the Best Sales Team in the Industry

Imagine joining a company that has spent the last 20 years building a reputation for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer experiences. A company that started with a vision and has grown into a multi-state operation serving thousands of homeowners.

That's Guardian Garage Floors.

We are a veteran-owned and operated company specializing in premium concrete floor coating solutions. Our growth has created an exciting opportunity: we're looking for an experienced National Sales TrainerCoach who can help take our sales organization to the next level.

We're not looking for someone who simply delivers presentations, checks training boxes, or teaches sales theory.

We're looking for someone who knows how to turn good salespeople into great ones.

The Opportunity

Picture yourself traveling to one of our Guardian markets, spending the morning alongside a sales representative during an in-home consultation, and seeing firsthand how they connect with customers.

You notice opportunities they might not see. Maybe they're rushing through discovery, missing an important buying signal, or struggling to confidently communicate the value of our products.

After the appointment, you sit down together, review what happened, and develop a plan to improve.

A few weeks later, that same representative is closing more business, earning more money, and approaching every appointment with greater confidence.

That's what success looks like in this role.

You'll work directly with our Chief Sales Officer to build a consistent, high-performing sales culture across every Guardian market.

What You'll Build

During your first 90 days, you'll have the opportunity to create something that will shape Guardian's future: our standardized national sales training and certification program.

You'll develop a structured onboarding experience that gives every new sales representative the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.

That includes online learning modules, knowledge assessments covering Guardian's history, products, and pricing, and practical certification demonstrating mastery of our sales system.

Your goal is simple: whether someone joins Guardian in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, or another market, they receive the same exceptional training and preparation.

And because building this program is a major priority, we're offering a $5,000 one-time bonus for successfully completing and launching the approved curriculum within your first 90 days.

How You'll Make an Impact

Once the training foundation is established, your influence will extend across our entire sales organization.

You'll spend time in the field conducting ride-alongs, observing sales demonstrations, coaching existing representatives, and helping new hires become productive faster.

You'll use real performance data to identify opportunities, develop targeted coaching plans, and measure improvement.

You'll also lead structured training sessions, maintain our curriculum, document coaching activities in a shared training system, and partner with sales leadership to continuously improve the customer experience.

We believe great coaching produces measurable results. Your success won't be determined by how many presentations you deliver, but by how much better our salespeople perform because of your involvement.

Compensation That Rewards Your Impact

We believe the person responsible for developing our sales team should have meaningful earning potential tied to results.

Base Salary: $80,000 annually
Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Up to $10,000 per quarter for coaching improvement, new-hire certification, and training execution
Annual Company Revenue Bonus: Up to $10,000
Target Annual Compensation: $120,000
Maximum Annual Compensation: $130,000
Additional First-Year Opportunity: $5,000 onboarding and curriculum development bonus

Total potential first-year compensation: $135,000.

Guardian will provide the necessary electronics and digital tools to support your work.

Who Will Thrive Here?

You're someone who has successfully sold, trained, and coached sales professionals, ideally in home improvement, in-home sales, or another consultative sales environment.

You understand how to build trust with customers, overcome objections, communicate value, and confidently ask for the sale.

But more importantly, you know how to teach those skills to others.

You're comfortable holding people accountable, giving constructive feedback, building training systems, using performance data, and traveling regularly to support teams across multiple markets.

You take pride in seeing others succeed.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

Guardian Garage Floors is growing, and we're investing in the people and leadership necessary to support that growth.

This isn't simply another training position. It's an opportunity to build a national sales development program, directly influence company performance, and leave a lasting mark on our organization.

If you're a proven sales coach who loves developing people, building winning teams, and turning potential into performance, we want to meet you.
