🚀 Senior Manager – Learning, Talent & Development (6-Month FTC)
We’re partnering with a leading, global organisation to find an experienced Senior Manager – Learning, Talent & Development to drive enterprise-wide capability and performance.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape and deliver a forward-thinking L&D agenda aligned to business growth, workforce capability, and future skills. This is a high volume blue-collar workforce, important to understand working in the dynamic enviornment.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and delivering a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned to business objectives
• Building capability frameworks and structured development pathways
• Using data and insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
• Leading leadership development, technical and behavioural learning programmes
• Embedding learning across the full talent lifecycle
• Managing and developing an in-house L&D team
• Driving innovation through digital learning, AI tools and modern platforms
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence business performance
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a senior L&D / L&D Manager or talent development leadership role
• MUST have experience in blue-collar training, compliance, onboarding, regulations etc
• Strong track record delivering strategic, data-driven learning initiatives
• Expertise in leadership development and talent integration
• Experience with learning technologies and digital learning ecosystems
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to link learning to business outcomes
📍 Location: UK-based (hybrid) with regular travel to London
📅 Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
