We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our team.
You will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of high quality learning initiatives that enable every employee to build skills, deepen knowledge, and thrive throughout their career.
Working closely with the Head of HR-UK and the central Learning & Development function, you will shape a coherent development strategy that both champions our culture and aligns with organisational priorities, frameworks, and standards. You will influence how learning is experienced day to day, ensuring development feels accessible, relevant, and connected to our ambitions.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Proven experience in L&D advisory, business partnering or manager-level roles.
- Experience designing and delivering impactful learning programmes.
- Strong background in both digital and face-to-face learning.
- Experience promoting and communicating learning initiatives clearly and compellingly.
- Experience with apprenticeships, mentoring, leadership development, or professional pathways, and how these initiatives drive capability building and organisational performance.
- Previous experience working with Cornerstone LMS (or similar).
- Experience operating within a multisite, remote, and /or global workforce environment (desirable).
