Talent Advisor (L&D Lead), London, £35,000 to £40,000 plus 10% bonus, Hybrid (working from home 1 day)
Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong focus on operational excellence and developing the capability of its people. As part of an ongoing commitment to strengthening learning and development across the business, they are now looking to appoint a Talent Advisor with a focus on Learning & Development to help drive key training and development initiatives across multiple teams and sites.
Reporting into the People Partner, this role will support the design and delivery of operational and compliance-focused training programmes. The position will play a key role in modernising learning by digitising training content, supporting compliance training, and helping to embed structured operational development pathways. You will work closely with team managers to support leadership and team development initiatives, deliver “train the trainer” programmes, and contribute to broader learning transformation projects across a dual-site environment.
You will bring experience supporting learning and development within a fast-paced, operational setting and be confident working with managers to build capability within their teams. You will have a strong interest in modern learning approaches, including digitising and evolving training materials, and ideally have experience supporting leadership development and train-the-trainer programmes. Strong stakeholder skills, organisation, and the ability to work across teams and sites will be key to success in this role.
