As we scale, we are building a leadership team capable of shaping the culture, systems, and people strategy required for high-growth execution.
We are now seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead and implement the HR strategy across Atyourtime Group.
The Role
This is a founding leadership role responsible for building and managing the entire people function across the group.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to design the organisational structure, recruit exceptional talent, and build a high-performance culture across a distributed team.
This role is offered on an equity-only basis initially, transitioning into a salaried executive role once the business reaches sustainable revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the group-wide people strategy aligned with the company’s growth roadmap
- Partner with leadership to build a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Design organisational structures suitable for a scaling technology company
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Design and execute global recruitment strategies for startup and growth-stage hiring
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment processes
- Coordinate candidate placement through third-party vendors and recruitment partners
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search firms
HR Infrastructure & Compliance
- Establish HR frameworks, policies, and governance across the group
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations across jurisdictions
- Develop onboarding processes for distributed teams
Organisational Development
- Implement performance management frameworks
- Develop learning and development programs
- Support leadership coaching and employee growth
Compensation & Equity Structures
- Manage the company’s equity-based incentive model
- Design fair compensation frameworks aligned with startup growth
- Develop creative non-monetary benefits to attract and retain talent
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Champion a workplace that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds
- Ensure inclusive hiring practices
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees
- Resolve workplace challenges constructively
- Promote a culture of transparency and accountability
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and understands how to build teams from the ground up.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams
- Strong background in talent acquisition and executive hiring
- Experience working with third-party recruitment vendors
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
