Purpose of Role:
• As part of the Talent & Learning team, the L&D Partner will implement global ‘Learning For All’ opportunities, enabling a continuous learning culture. Supporting the global learning strategy, the L&D Partner is responsible for analysing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning activities, systems, and processes to support people to work to their full potential. The L&D Partner will also provide essential support for technical SMEs across Corporate and Business Units to support the development of content, with the application of innovative learning principles and technologies.

• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and procedures.
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and complete any compulsory compliance training as required.
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:
• Analyse performance needs across global Business Units and the Corporate Centre, focusing on ‘Learning For All’ activities.
• Work in partnership with Corporate and Business Unit SMEs and HR Business Partners to ensure learning activities are appropriate for performance needs.
• Design, develop and deliver interactive and engaging blended learning programmes and activities, using the ADDIE framework and the 70-20-10 approach.
• Use interactive and engaging learning methods, utilising the latest delivery practices for face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Champion digital learning to develop and support delivery through Articulate360, Synthesia and by partnering with digital learning vendors, supporting people to learn in the flow of work.
• Embed organisational values and behaviours into all learning programmes, activities and materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning activities to provide insightful reporting and implement improvements where required.
• Actively promote and communicate global learning opportunities and insights through various communication channels, acting as an ambassador for continuous learning.
• Contribute collaboratively and support cross-functional Talent and Culture/HR projects to support delivery of the Global Talent and Culture/HR Strategy.
• Support other related Talent, Learning or Culture activities, projects or programmes as needed.
Critical Skills, Qualifications, Experience
• Learning professional with instructional design accreditation and/or CIPD or equivalent accreditation in talent or learning.
• Demonstrable experience of the full ADDIE process (or equivalent), with a focus on design/development and evaluation strategies.
• Competent facilitation skills across face-to-face and virtual environments, with broad audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and focused with the ability to manage conflicting demands and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Strong organisational skills, SMART working methods and demonstrable personal effectiveness in previous roles.
