Recognised global company operating in engineering industry is looking for a Global Learning & Talent Development Specialist to join the People & Culture team to boost learning and talent development programs based in Madrid covering international regions.
- Define with senior leadership and P&C Managers new strategies and learning & development programs
- Identify learning and talent gaps and propose and drive ad hoc solutions
- Monitor tgihe implementation and effectiveness of L&D stratees
- Guide and support in assessment programs for individual and collective projects
- Deliver strong analysis based in data and elaborate reports and dashboards for the leadership team
- Supervise the training platforms to ensure the quality of contentents
- Budget management
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 years of experience working in global environments
- Experience with LMS and Power BI
- Ability to create strong reports and dashboards
- Ability to influence senior leaders worlwide
