Job Description
We are searching for a colleague to join our
Envista Orthodontics HR Team to execute people strategy within our Design and Commercial team based mostly in Madrid. HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. In addition, the HR Business Partner may take a leading role in responsibilities including but not limited to employee relations, works council relations (if required), on-boarding and exit processes, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and talent acquisition.
Accountabilities
- Partners with the senior leaders of the assigned departments to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, performance management and succession planning.
- Collaborates with leaders accros Europe to optimize business success through HR initiatives, such as the annual Engagement cycle
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Provides strategic advice, support, counsel and services to internal business partners, and external audiences.
- Trains and gives presentations to groups of employees on various topics including policies and programs.
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance..
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience partnering with leaders at the Sr. Director level, in hiring and developing high performing teams.
- 5-8 years’ experience working in Human Resources field in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Proven, strong employee collaboration and partnership experience required.
- Working knowledge of recruiting, data capturing, compensation, benefits, and training.
- Analytical skills using Excel.
- Strong effective communication skills oral/written.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to set and follow process, but also comfortable deviating from process when it makes sense.
- Ability to cope with fast pace and ambiguous environment.
