GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Supporting the People Senior Manager in all Learning & Development initiatives, including the design and execution of the Annual Training Plan, leading and collaborating on Training & Development projects, managing communication and negotiation with external suppliers, and participating in strategic decision‑making alongside Managers and Directors from different departments. The position requires a proactive mindset, the ability to identify new opportunities, and the initiative to drive innovative learning projects across the organization.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design, implement, and execute L&D strategies and programs across OW, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support in the assessment and follow up of individual and team development plans, helping employees maximize learning opportunities.
- Identify and drive new L&D projects, contributing innovative ideas and supporting the implementation of strategic development initiatives.
- Act as a key communication point for all stakeholders involved in training initiatives (participants, internal/external speakers, vendors, etc)
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors to identify development needs and propose tailored training solutions.
- Administration and maintenance of the Company´straining platform ensuring content accuracy and user experience.
- Elaborate presentations, dashboards and training reports to support decision-making and track progress.
- Monitor and manage training budgets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through data analysis, feedback collection, and performance KPIS.
- Propose improvements to enhance training processes, methodologies, and learner experience.
- Promote and strengthen organizational learning by driving effective knowledge‑sharing practices.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration or similar.
Master’s degree in Human Resources is nice to have.
LANGUAGES
Advanced level (spoken, read and written) of English and Spanish is a must.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in Learning & Development within a Human Resources Team.
- Solid experience in Training & Development, especially in competency models and development frameworks.
- Experience in large or complex organizations, ideally with multinational environments.
- Valuable experience in the energy sector.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel) is required.
- Other Microsoft tools, such as Power BI or Power automate will be valued.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
