So what’s the challenge…
Do you love helping people grow? As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our people’s growth journey. You will contribute to the design and implementation of impactful training programs and development initiatives that support upskilling and reskilling, aligned with our strategic goals and evolving business needs.
What your day to day will include:
- Participating in the design of training plans and materials (seminars, workshops, e-learning) based on business needs.
- Facilitating and ensuring smooth execution of training programs (e.g., induction, workshops, teambuilding).
- Supporting vendor selection and coordinating training delivery.
- Monitoring training activities and preparing reports.
- Analyzing feedback to improve course content and design.
- Overseeing training platforms and suggesting UX improvements.
- Generating reports, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
- Assessing team needs and proposing targeted training initiatives.
- Analyzing role and level data to suggest learning paths.
- Preparing platforms and organizing outputs for succession planning.
- Creating communication materials to promote L&D initiatives.
- Managing all administrative tasks related to training programs and events.
What you’ll bring:
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field; Master’s degree in HR Management will be considered an asset
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in L&D operations
- Very good knowledge of training, development and talent management process and methods
- Familiarity with LMS & HRMS systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills, both in English and Greek language
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
