L&D Manager. 6-12 month contract, London (hybrid)
£500 - £700 per day, Inside IR35
We are working with a leading consulting firm within the financial services sector and are looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Manager.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale learning initiatives, translating learning strategy into high-quality, scalable solutions that drive capability, behavioural and cultural change.
Key responsibilities
• Lead delivery of learning programmes from discovery through design, development, deployment and evaluation
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective learning solutions
• Own programme governance, planning, risks, budgets and dependencies
• Oversee learning design and content development across blended and digital formats
• Manage internal and external delivery resources
• Partner closely with senior client stakeholders
• Ensure learning interventions deliver measurable impact
Experience required
• Proven experience delivering large-scale learning programmes within Financial Services
• Strong background in learning strategy execution and programme management
• Solid understanding of learning design methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments
