£350 - £500 per day, Inside IR35
We are supporting a financial services consulting programme and are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to support the design and delivery of learning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong learning design and content development experience, who enjoys working across multiple workstreams and collaborating with senior colleagues.
Role overview
You will support learning needs analysis, learning design and content development, working closely with Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning interventions.
Key responsibilities
• Support learning needs analysis and discovery activities
• Design and develop learning content including workshops, digital modules and toolkits
• Apply adult learning and behavioural science principles
• Support programme delivery, pilots and roll-outs
• Assist with learner communications and engagement activity
• Support project management, tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams
Experience required
• Experience in learning design, content development or learning consulting
• Exposure to Financial Services environments
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience working with blended and digital learning solutions
