Job Title: Learning & Development Manager / Specialist

Job Purpose:
The Learning & Development (L&D) professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational performance. The role supports business growth by ensuring employees are continuously upskilled in line with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Program Management
- Design and execute learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, competency frameworks, and stakeholder discussions.
- Develop annual training calendars and budgets.
Training Delivery & Content Management
- Manage internal and external training programs, including leadership, technical, soft skills, and compliance training.
- Coordinate with training vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts.
- Oversee e-learning platforms (LMS) and blended learning initiatives.
Talent Development & Leadership Programs
- Implement career development and capability-building initiatives across functions.
Performance & Impact Measurement
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, assessments, and ROI metrics.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure training programs comply with UAE labor regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and audit documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department heads, and leadership teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development within a corporate environment (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
- Strong experience with LMS platforms, digital learning, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of competency frameworks, training evaluation models, and adult learning principles.
