Position: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager – Service Delivery
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract: 3 months
Experience: 10+ years in L&D, with 3–5 years in service delivery environments
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Program Design
- Develop and implement L&D roadmap aligned with service delivery and business goals.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Design technical, behavioral, leadership, and service excellence learning interventions.
- Create blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, digital, experiential).
Training Delivery & Execution
- Manage end-to-end regional training delivery.
- Work with SMEs, vendors, and training partners.
Analytics & Impact Measurement
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs (productivity, CSAT, quality).
- Use data insights to refine programs and demonstrate ROI.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with delivery heads, HRBPs, and leadership teams.
- Serve as a single point of contact for regional L&D.
- Present training outcomes and capability plans to clients.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Support succession planning initiatives.
- Run leadership development programs for mid- and senior-level managers.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Education, Learning Sciences, or related fields.
Experience
- 10+ years in L&D.
- 3–5 years experience in service delivery environments.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of service delivery processes.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools, LMS, and modern learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural Middle East environment.
