Position: Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist
Location: UAE.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing impactful learning programs that enhance employee performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support organizational growth within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver technical, behavioral, compliance, and leadership training programs
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning plans aligned with business objectives
• Create training materials, manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides
• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions in Arabic and English
• Manage LMS operations, training calendars, and documentation
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness
• Support onboarding and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training standards and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training partners
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong LMS, training operations, and performance management experience
• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong English skills
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in PIPs and coaching is an added advantage
