The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Rout Jumeirah’s Vocational Learning Pathways across F&B, Culinary, Rooms, and Spa divisions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and operational relevance.
- Develop global dashboards and insights that measure learning engagement, performance, and ROI—driving continuous improvement across all properties.
- Be the central link between corporate and property-based L&D teams, ensuring seamless execution and governance of global learning initiatives.
- Guide properties in executing learning projects, managing vendors, and maintaining quality standards across all training programs.
- Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure every learning experience contributes to Jumeirah’s legacy of excellence
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 5–7 years of Learning & Development experience, ideally within international luxury hospitality or a leading blue-chip organization.
- Experience working across diverse regions, with a strong understanding of cultural and market nuances.
- Familiarity with platforms like Axonify, Adobe, Survey Monkey, and QR Code Generator.
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint and MS Visio, to create impactful learning content.
- Skilled in data analysis and action planning to translate learning metrics into meaningful improvements.
