Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, creation, and implementation of engaging learning content and training programs across all departments within Legend Holding Group and its business units.
The role focuses on instructional design, content development, and training delivery, ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform at their best and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing engaging learning materials, e-learning modules, and instructor-led training content.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development Manager, department heads, and relevant Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs and align learning programs with business objectives.
- Support the implementation of training programs across multiple departments, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with company branding and standards.
- Develop interactive and visually appealing instructional materials (presentations, guides, assessments, etc.) using modern design tools.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, participant tracking, and pre-/post-training feedback collection.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and performance tracking.
- Support the maintenance of the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and assist in uploading and organizing training materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning frameworks and instructional methods.
- Provide administrative support in training documentation, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Who Fits the Legend’s Seat
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Articulate 360, or similar e-learning and content design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Strong coordination, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for developing people and driving growth.
