Role: Learning and Development Consultant
Location: City of London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 from home)

The role:
We’re growing and looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to help train and develop our next generation of recruiters. This role is a great fit for someone who’s passionate about helping others learn – whether you’re from a recruitment background and want to move into L&D, or already working in training and want a more dynamic, commercial environment.
You’ll be part of our global L&D function, reporting into our Head of L&D and playing a key role in running our Graduate Academies and ongoing consultant development programmes. You’ll help new consultants build confidence and capability through engaging classroom sessions, remote workshops, and practical on-desk coaching.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training during our Graduate Academies (2-week intensive programmes for new consultants, run both in-person and virtually)
- Run induction sessions for new joiners and provide follow-up check-ins to support their learning journey, as well as 'refresher programs'
- Deliver “on desk” coaching and call feedback to build consultant confidence and skill
- Support the development and rollout of our global tools and systems, and provide training on these to new starters
- Work with managers to identify performance gaps and create simple, practical solutions
- Support tech enablement and systems training to ensure new hires get the most from our platforms
What we’re looking for:
- Essential: Background in recruitment
- Preferred: L&D experience (1-2 years) within a sales or recruitment setting
- Confident communicator who enjoys presenting, coaching, and helping others grow
- Organised, proactive, and happy working at pace in a people-first environment
- Interested in learning and development and ready to build a career in this area

Please note: During our Graduate Academies, you’ll need to be in the London office 5 days a week to support new consultants face-to-face.
