We are currently looking for an experienced Training Manager to join a leading large-scale events company based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape learning and development across a fast-paced, people-focused organisation.
Working closely with the Head of HR and Talent, the Training Manager will lead and enhance the talent development function, creating impactful learning experiences that support both business performance and individual growth.
A key focus of the role is the management and ongoing development of the company’s online training programme. You will ensure learning is embedded across the business, remains engaging, innovative, and relevant, and equips both the casual workforce and permanent employees with the core skills required for their roles. You will also create clear training pathways that enable continuous development and progression.
The role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and heads of department to identify learning needs, design effective solutions, and measure the impact of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, delivery, and evaluation of training and development programmes across the organisation
- Manage and continuously improve the company’s online learning platform, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance
- Embed training and development throughout the business for both casual and employed teams
- Develop structured training pathways that support onboarding, skills development, and career progression
- Partner with business leaders and heads of department to identify training needs and learning objectives
- Design and implement engaging, practical learning solutions aligned with business goals
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness and impact, using insights to drive continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with learning and development best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas into the organisation
