About The Role

As Global L&D – Future Capability Lead, you’ll drive a strategic agenda focused on building future-ready skills across our global workforce. You’ll work in partnership with senior stakeholders to co-create learning frameworks and capability building initiatives that drive performance and innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a global skills and capability agenda aligned with strategic priorities.
- Shape future success through capability growth; ensuring learning initiatives are aligned with future needs and deliver measurable impact.
- Identify and prioritise critical and emerging skills across disciplines and regions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to co-create learning frameworks and pathways.
- Partner with our Digital L&D Specialist to enhance learning through technology and automation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and cross-generational knowledge sharing.
- Use data-driven insights to inform scalable reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
- Advise on capability investments that deliver measurable impact and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our workforce remains competitive and future-ready.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in L&D or Organisational Development within complex global organisations.
- Expertise in skills taxonomies, capability frameworks, and strategic L&D interventions.
- Strong understanding of future workforce trends (e.g. AI-human collaboration, sustainability).
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills at senior levels.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and technology-enabled learning.
- Inclusive leadership style and a collaborative approach.
