The Role
This strategic role partners with the UK/Europe region to design and deliver impactful learning solutions while supporting global HR priorities and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll apply thought leadership, project management and facilitation expertise to shape talent programmes and business change initiatives across learning, leadership and talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs, practice group leads and regional stakeholders to align learning and talent strategies with business priorities.
- Design and deliver bespoke learning experiences for diverse audiences, including senior partners.
- Lead team development days and facilitate high-impact sessions that build cohesion and performance.
- Manage the full learning cycle, including ROI and metrics to assess programme effectiveness.
- Oversee external coaching and mentoring offerings, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Support global strategic projects and operationalise talent identification frameworks.
- Manage regional L&D budgets and supplier relationships.
- Provide line management to a Senior Advisor, supporting their growth and project delivery.
- Collaborate with the central service centre in Glasgow to ensure high-quality learning administration.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in learning design and delivery, ideally within professional services.
- Strong facilitation skills and confidence presenting to senior audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in budget management and supplier contracting.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- Psychometric tool accreditation (e.g. Insights, Hogan) – desirable.
- Legal sector experience – preferred, especially global exposure.
