Odin helps people to raise and deploy capital seamlessly
We envision a world where people can vote with their money on what the future looks like, and participate in creating it.
Our first product makes it radically easier for anyone, anywhere, to launch & run a private markets investment firm - think "Shopify for VC / PE".
We handle all the “plumbing” and paperwork through one seamless platform - everything from setting up the legal structure for an investment vehicle through to processing exits.
We’re already trusted by over 10,000 VCs, angels and founders, and we're one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the UK, tripling income YoY. We've raised $5m in seed funding from top angels, family offices and VCs to support our own growth, and we are just getting started.
he Role
Reporting to our Head of People & Talent, you will:
- Own interview scheduling across all roles. You will set up interviews via Google Calendar and our ATS, and ensure a seamless, well-communicated candidate journey.
- Support sourcing for hard-to-fill or business-critical roles. You will use outbound outreach, referrals, and creative tactics to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build talent pipelines and map the market for key roles. This ensures we are always ahead of future hiring needs.
- Support onboarding to create a smooth, well-organised experience from offer to first day. This includes IT setup, equipment, and coordination across teams.
- Maintain and update our HRIS (Deel), ensuring employee data, policies, and workflows are accurate, efficient, and easy to use.
- Help organise offsites, team events, and socials that bring people together and reflect Odin’s culture and values.
- Track benefits and learning and development usage, making sure employees know what is available and engagement is reviewed regularly.
- Manage company swag, equipment, and perks, ensuring employees feel valued and supported with the tools they need.
- Contribute to wider People and Talent projects across onboarding, engagement, employer brand, and team experience.
Priorities will shift with the business. Some quarters may focus more on hiring, while others may lean toward engagement, onboarding, or culture-building initiatives.
