š About the Role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator (L&D Facilitator III) to support a large-scale transformational initiative where two businesses are merging into one. This highly visible role will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and delivering training programs to impacted teams across multiple streams, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and procedures.
You will work closely with SMEs, department leads, and project stakeholders to assess training needs, develop engaging materials, and deliver impactful learning sessions both virtually and in-person.
š Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging training sessions (virtual & in-person) using tools such as WebEx and Slido
- Develop training materials including guides, manuals, handouts, and reference documents
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback loops
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, refining methods as needed
- Support a major transformation project impacting processes, procedures, and technology tools
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across client-facing and operations streams

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of facilitation experience (virtual & in-person)
- Strong WebEx & digital engagement tool expertise (Slido, Teams, etc.)
- Proven experience managing large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
š Nice-to-Have Skills
- Bilingual (English/French) spoken and written
- Experience in FI/Banking or Technology environments
- Ability to develop post-training reference tools (user guides, demo videos, job aids)
- Experience with Thrive or other LMS platforms
