Senior Learning & Development Partner
Location: Hybrid with national travel

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum + benefits

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping how we develop our leaders and teams for the future.
The Role
In this role you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to identify development needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Lead the design and facilitation of leadership and management development programmes.
- Support organisational change with targeted learning interventions.
- Drive consistency and quality in learning across a large, diverse workforce.
- Evaluate and demonstrate the impact of learning on business outcomes.
About You
We are seeking a proven L&D professional who can combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery. You will have the confidence and credibility to work with senior stakeholders, alongside the practical skills to design and deliver learning that really lands.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in a senior L&D or OD role within a complex, multi-site organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience designing and delivering impactful leadership and management programmes.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to link learning to business goals.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) desirable.
