Book facilitators, rooms, equipment and refreshments for training courses as required. Arrange external and internal bookings on to education events within agreed timeframes. Assist at learning events welcoming attendees and facilitators and ensure smooth running of the events. Liaising with training providers to ensure the smooth running of our organisational learning and development.
Record attendance and update training records for colleagues as required. Update our Learning Management System with completed e-learning and store certificates of completion. Ensure attendance registers and evaluation forms are returned following each developmental activity and certificates issued. Deal with enquiries including, but not limited to, courses bookings, support accessing and using our Learning Management System via phone, face-face-face, video call and email.
Supporting with learning management systems queries and escalating to appropriate persons as required. Maintain working knowledge, understanding and documentation of the content and details of all course programmes in order to be the first point of contact for facilitators and participants. Provide regular information to managers, staff and external organisations about Mastercalls training courses by actively promoting full course details and responding to queries. Work with managers and potential course facilitators to ensure that new or amended courses are supported and promoted appropriately.
Maintain good working relationships with external service providers and all customers. Coordinate and organise meetings and events in support of the Learning & Development Manager in relation to the development and delivery of the People strategy. Provide administrative support for all departmental projects, initiatives and other activity as directed. Carry out regular processes for audit of training data, running reports of training data using our Learning Management System, L&D Reporting dashboard and/or Microsoft Excel and disseminating this data.
Update and maintain spreadsheets, checklists and any allocated systems to monitor, manage and track workload progress of the L&D plan. Maintain confidentiality with respect to all areas of work.
