Position Overview
The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs that align with our strategic goals. The role requires a strong communicator, coach, and program builder who can support diverse teams and elevate capability across departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Assess current training needs and align learning strategies with business objectives
· Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for staff and managers
· Evaluate training outcomes and measure program effectiveness
· Collaborate with department heads to identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific content
· Maintain training records and reporting metrics for internal stakeholders and auditors
· Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovations in learning practices
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, Training, or Organisational Development roles
· Proven ability to manage full-cycle training programs across multiple sites
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both online and in-person
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
· Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
· Certification in adult learning or training delivery (desirable but not essential)
