Head of Learning, Development & Talent
Location: Flexible/Hybrid with national travel
Contract: Permanent
Salary: up to £75,000 per annum + benefits

We are now seeking a highly credible Head of Learning, Development & Talent to shape and deliver our organisational capability strategy.
The Role
As Head of Learning, Development & Talent, you will:
- Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive L&D and talent strategy aligned to organisational goals.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to identify current and future capability needs.
- Oversee leadership development, management capability programmes, succession planning and talent pipelines.
- Drive consistency, innovation and measurable impact across all L&D activity.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver against strategic priorities.
About You
You will be an experienced L&D and Talent leader with the credibility to influence at executive level. Combining strategic vision with practical delivery, you will be confident navigating complexity and delivering results in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant senior experience in L&D, OD or Talent, ideally within a large, multi-site organisation.
- Proven track record in shaping and delivering impactful leadership and talent programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with gravitas at senior level.
- Commercial acumen and experience aligning people development to organisational outcomes.
- A background in regulated sectors is advantageous.
