We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team on a two-year fixed term contract.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll work both strategically and operationally to coordinate the delivery of our L&D strategy across the Charity. From managing our Learning Management System (Kallidus) to overseeing training logistics, you’ll help lay the foundation for high-performing, colleagues.
You’ll work closely with Business Partners, our business directorates, and external providers to align training activity with organisational goals—ensuring quality, consistency, and impact.
Whether you’re coordinating our quarterly inductions, updating online training modules, producing metrics, or helping build a charity-wide skills register, your work will be essential in cultivating a strong learning culture within the charity.
About You
You’re someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and collaboration.
You have experience working in a learning and development role and are comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of a Learning Management System (ideally Kallidus). You’re confident liaising with teams, trainers, and stakeholders, always ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time with the right tools.
You take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and love supporting others to grow. You bring energy, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for learning and Development.
You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle with business insurance for work purposes. You are willing and able to travel regularly for in-person meetings and events—often to Downton or London, with occasionally travel to other UK locations. Central London travel will be by train.
You will also be required to support our in-person New Starter induction days, held quarterly in Downton. As such, you’ll need to be located within a one-hour commute of Downton (Salisbury SP5 3RB).
You are also comfortable staying away from home overnight on occasion, when required to support events or team activities.

- Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm)
- Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
