Are you an experienced L&D professional with a love for building high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, digital-first environments?
Our client, a well-known international tech brand, are looking to hire a Sales Learning & Development Manager to support a high-growth advertising sales team across EMEA.
You’ll design and deliver impactful training that sharpens consultative selling, deepens product understanding, and drives real commercial outcomes for the organisation.
This role would be perfect for someone who has experience in developing B2B sales and account management teams in large scale matrixed technology environments and is looking for a long-term contract and a great brand. Great culture, office and support around you in the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver best-in-class onboarding and continuous training for B2B sales and account management teams
- Run sessions that build product knowledge, improve reporting fluency, and elevate client engagement
- Develop practical resources and learning tools to support ongoing capability building
- Partner with regional sales leads to align training with real business needs
- Support go-to-market for new product launches with targeted training
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in sales-focused L&D (preferably in digital advertising, SaaS, or tech)
- Confidence delivering live, in-room training to commercial teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organisation from international Directors to New Starters
- Proven ability to turn complex product knowledge into clear, actionable learning
- Experience working in large, complex environments with multiple stakeholders, ideally internationally
