As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for an inspirational and forward-thinking Head of Learning and Development (L&D) to lead the design and delivery of learning experiences across our organisation.

As the Head of L&D, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our learning strategy. Collaborating with our Chief Operating Officer, there will be a strong focus on leadership development.

You will be responsible for sourcing and/or designing programmes that build organisational capability, develop future leaders, and embed a culture of continuous learning.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven experience in a senior L&D role, ideally within an international organisation
Demonstrated an ability to align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives
Enthusiasm for adopting digital learning tools and blended learning methodologies to get the best out of our people
Significant experience in building, mentoring and coaching teams / individuals
A creative approach to learning and development and an ability to engage with people at all levels.

The MSC is committed to flexible working. The successful candidate will need to work from the UK office for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month The remaining time can be worked from home. During the onboarding process, hybrid work may require more in-office work than remote work
