As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for an inspirational and forward-thinking Head of Learning and Development (L&D) to lead the design and delivery of learning experiences across our organisation.
As the Head of L&D, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our learning strategy. Collaborating with our Chief Operating Officer, there will be a strong focus on leadership development.
You will be responsible for sourcing and/or designing programmes that build organisational capability, develop future leaders, and embed a culture of continuous learning.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in a senior L&D role, ideally within an international organisation
- Demonstrated an ability to align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives
- Enthusiasm for adopting digital learning tools and blended learning methodologies to get the best out of our people
- Significant experience in building, mentoring and coaching teams / individuals
- A creative approach to learning and development and an ability to engage with people at all levels.
