We are working with a premium London restaurant brand celebrated for its exceptional dining experience and strong focus on people development. As part of their continued growth, we’re seeking a talented Learning and Development Manager to join their award-winning People Team.
This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll design, deliver, and oversee a wide range of learning and development initiatives across the business. You’ll play a key part in shaping the employee journey from onboarding and leadership development to rolling out innovative learning platforms and training programmes across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify learning needs across departments and create tailored training plans that drive performance and engagement
- Design and deliver a variety of training programmes, workshops, and digital learning content
- Launch and manage a new company-wide learning platform while coordinating the brand’s well-established internal academy
- Support new restaurant openings and deliver training in collaboration with operational leaders
- Oversee training budgets, evaluate effectiveness, and stay up to date with emerging L&D trends
- Coach, develop, and support the internal training team to ensure consistently high standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a learning and development role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of LMS systems and e-learning content creation
- Proven ability to coach, engage, and inspire teams
- A proactive, people-first mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills
- A relevant training qualification or CIPD membership would be an advantage
