Salary: £33,594–£35,000 nationally; £37,160–£37,826 in Cambridge, pro rata
Location: Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth or Cambridge
Working Arrangement: Hybrid; flexible working options may include job sharing, part-time working, compressed hours and different working locations
Contract: Permanent

Overview
Our client, a public-sector organisation, is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop and implement engaging learning solutions that support organisational performance and colleague development.
The role combines learning project management, digital learning design, eLearning development and facilitation. You will manage multiple learning projects, create digital learning using Articulate Rise, make effective use of Microsoft and AI technologies, and deliver learning interventions where required.
Responsibilities

- Create digital learning and eLearning content using Articulate Rise.
- Use Microsoft and AI technologies to support learning delivery and development.
- Facilitate learning interventions where required.
- Support the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
- Contribute to learning operations and colleague development.
