Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious Junior Digital Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team and help shape the future of learning at Cambridge Consultants.

The Learning & Development team is made up of 4 colleagues and sits within our wider Global People department of 20. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a range of digital learning activities, from creating engaging learning content and managing learning technology to exploring how AI can help us make learning more effective.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable learning as they go, enjoys trying new things and is excited by the opportunity to build their skills across learning, technology and AI.

You'll have your own areas of responsibility, with the support of the wider L&D team when you need it. As your experience grows, there will be opportunities to take on more complex projects and contribute to the development of our wider learning approach.

We are able to offer a flexible working environment, but you will be expected to visit the office at least once a week.
