Job Title: Change Management Program Lead, AI Transformation
Location: Remote (on‑site once every two weeks)
Duration: Contract
Rate: CAD$ 70-75/hr INC
Responsibilities & Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, program management, learning and development, or a related field.
2. Experience leading change and adoption initiatives for AI, digital, technology, or transformation programs.
3. Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption strategies, and change management practices, with the ability to drive behaviour change at scale.
4. Systems‑thinking and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems, identify the signal in the noise, and translate complexity into clear, actionable plans.
5. Working knowledge of modern IT delivery processes, AI agent ecosystems, and emerging enterprise AI technologies, with hands‑on comfort using AI tools to analyze data, summarize insights, automate workflows, and enhance change management deliverables.
6. Strong data analysis and insight‑generation capabilities, including interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, identifying trends, and using statistical findings to inform adoption strategies and transformation outcomes; practical experience with tools such as Excel, dashboards, usage analytics, and sentiment analysis platforms.
