Position Overview
The Learning Technology Coordinator supports the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of Signet Jewelers' learning management system, Workday Learning. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, this role is responsible for ensuring learning content, assignments, curriculum, learner records, reporting, and learning programs are accurately maintained and delivered through Workday Learn and other learning technologies.
This role partners closely with the broader Learning & Organization Effectiveness team, HRIS, business stakeholders, and learners across the organization to support a high-quality learning experience and ensure the effective administration of enterprise learning solutions. The Coordinator serves as a key operational resource, helping maintain learning data integrity, learner support, system processes, and learning technology effectiveness.
The Coordinator brings strong attention to detail, customer service, technical aptitude, and organizational skills to support learning operations and help ensure learning programs are delivered efficiently and effectively across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Management System Administration
- Administer and maintain Workday Learn including course assignments, curricula, learning pathways, learner transcripts, and system configurations
- Ensure learning content, programs, and learning activities are accurately deployed, maintained, and updated within learning systems
- Monitor learning technology processes and system functionality to support a positive learner experience and ensure operational effectiveness
Learning Operations & Learner Support
- Provide day-to-day support to learners, managers, and stakeholders by responding to questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting learning technology concerns
- Support team in the development and maintenance of learning administration procedures, documentation, and job aids that support consistent and efficient learning operations
Reporting, Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate learning records and support data quality efforts to ensure the integrity of learning information and reporting
- Support team in generating, analyzing, and distributing learning reports and dashboards that support compliance, operational needs, and business decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, learner support, system utilization, and operational efficiency through reporting and feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Workday Learning administration, including learning assignments, learner transcripts, reporting, and learning operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and data integrity
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support learners and stakeholders across the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate new technologies and systems quickly
