Training Administrator who enjoys translating complex information into clear, engaging learning content. In this role, you will be the behind-the-scenes builder of our learning ecosystem: creating LMS modules, supporting virtual and instructor-led training, partnering with subject matter experts, and helping employees confidently access the knowledge they need to support our customers and company initiatives.
This is a strong fit for someone who likes solving technical problems, organizing moving pieces, developing practical content, and working with people across teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What You Will Own
- Build, update, and maintain Talus-specific learning content in the LMS, including e-learning modules, webinars, podcasts, videos, assessments, and instructor-led resources.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify goals, gather information, and turn raw expertise into polished, practical training materials.
- Conduct needs analysis and apply adult learning principles to create content that is engaging, accurate, easy to follow, and aligned to clear learning outcomes.
- Support training for multiple employee stages and needs, including new hire onboarding, annual compliance, industry education, product training, sales enablement, and support-team development.
- Design and develop structured onboarding programs and role-based learning pathways across departments.
- Manage user access, course assignments, training workflows and system organization.
- Ensure content version control, data accuracy, and system integrity.
- Demonstrate experience in instructional design, learning operations, or training program development
- Help employees access, complete, and troubleshoot training within the ClearCo LMS platform.
- Coordinate training documentation and keep internal materials current as Talus products, partnerships, processes, and priorities evolve.
- Assist with virtual and in-person instructor-led training, cross-departmental training initiatives, and other team enablement projects as needed.
- Manage multiple training projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and content updates with strong attention to detail.

Experience And Skills
- Experience in training coordination, LMS administration, instructional design, learning content development, enablement, operations, customer support, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methods; formal education, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience is valued.
- Strong writing, editing, documentation, and professional communication skills.
- Solid planning, organization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Moderate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience with online meeting and presentation tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Comfort learning and supporting LMS configuration, learner access, content publishing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SCORM files and LMS content packaging.
- Experience with Articulate 360 tools such as Storyline or Rise, or similar authoring platforms.
- Experience with Camtasia, Powtoon, or other video, animation, or multimedia content creation tools.
- Sales, customer support, or customer-facing business experience.
- Experience building AI coaching environments or simulation-based learning inside an LMS.

Very limited travel expectations less than 5%; Corporate Office is based in Dallas.
