Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director – Learning & Development to lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of learning initiatives across a leading real estate organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing talent, driving sales capability, and fostering a high-performance learning culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation's Learning & Development strategy.
- Design and deliver training programmes for sales teams, leaders, and corporate functions.
- Lead onboarding, capability-building, and leadership development initiatives.
- Establish learning frameworks, competency models, and career development pathways.
- Manage and mentor the L&D team to ensure effective delivery of training programmes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through measurable performance outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development solutions.
- Promote innovative learning methodologies, including blended and digital learning approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of Learning & Development experience, with significant exposure to the real estate sector.
- Proven experience leading L&D teams and managing large-scale training initiatives.
- Strong expertise in sales training, leadership development, and organisational learning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive business-focused learning outcomes.
