Head of Talent Management & Development (m/f/d) – 100%
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development initiatives, across our divisions
- Develop career progression frameworks in strong alignment with HR Business Partnering
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives with the relevant internal stakeholders in Cultural Programmes, Health & Safety, and HR General Services
- Partner with leadership teams to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning and development programmes
- Build proactive talent pipelines for key roles and highly specialised, hard-to-source positions
- Strengthen our employer branding to position the organisation as a top destination for high-performing talent in the relevant markets
- Liaise closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to forecast workforce requirements aligned with technical and competitive objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and Senior Management on talent frameworks, workforce planning, organisational capability, and talent risks
Your Core Competencies
- Several years of leadership experience in Talent Management, Development, and Acquisition
- Proven track record in developing and implementing modern talent strategies and leadership development initiatives
- Experience in a dynamic, international, and performance-driven environment
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking combined with excellent execution skills
- Inspiring leader with the ability to develop teams, nurture talent, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, combined with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
