Job description:
Context & Mission :
You will build and deploy the critical capabilities that Maison L'Occitane en Provence needs to deliver its strategy by designing scalable academies and managing a high-impact learning ecosystem for functional capabilities. You will translate strategic priorities into structured learning roadmaps, ensuring measurable impact on performance, readiness and time-to-competence. Drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement of the global LMS and learning programs.
You will be part of a team leading the global culture and people development agenda for L’Occitane en Provence (talent management, performance review, leadership, talent acquisition etc.).
You will be based in Plan-les-Ouates and report to the Culture and People Development Director.
