THE TEAM
Our Senior Learning and Development Partner sits within the People Experience Team, part of easyJet’s People Team. As a centre of excellence, we work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Reward, HR Process Improvement and Senior Leaders across easyJet. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Leadership, you’ll play a key role in building the skills and capabilities that set our people and business up for success.
THE ROLE
Join us to shape and embed a sustainable learning culture at easyJet, developing key capabilities and behaviours that drive business performance. You’ll partner with Senior Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver impactful learning solutions and support our Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.
> Design and deliver a learning strategy for our M&A population, aligned with our approach for Pilots and Cabin Crew.
> Embed a 70:20:10 learning culture, empowering colleagues to drive their own development.
> Create digital learning experiences that enable just in time learning, accessible in the format that suits each individual.
> Lead and manage the upgrade of our Learning Management System (LMS), working with IT and external partners to deliver a seamless user experience.
> Develop and embed organisational capabilities and our behaviour framework, championing cultural change and personal effectiveness.
> Support HR Business Partners in developing technical competency frameworks that complement our behavioural framework.
> Lead the performance management framework (My Journey) in partnership with the Head of Talent & Performance.
> Support people change programmes by designing and delivering targeted L&D interventions.
> Use insights from talent reviews to inform learning strategy and build key skills.
> Deliver L&D interventions that support our D&I strategy.
> Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver a great induction experience for new starters and people managers.
> Design and deliver engaging virtual and face to face workshops as part of our blended approach.
> Manage third party vendor relationships and M&A mandatory training, including reporting.
> Utilise the Apprenticeship Levy in partnership with the Early Careers & Apprenticeships Manager.
> Manage budgets and use L&D data metrics to drive a data-led approach
> Stay up to date with external L&D best practice and adapt our approach as needed.
> Support key People projects as required.
What We’re Looking For
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
> Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems.
> Proven track record in designing and delivering L&D programmes (face to face, virtual, hybrid).
> Strategic and critical thinker with commercial acumen.
> Strong analytical and project management skills.
> Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
> Deep expertise in L&D best practice and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
> Experience with psychometric tests, Totara LMS, Workday Performance, Adobe Articulate, apprenticeship levy and standards, and talent management development processes is desirable.

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
